We process your new information into an online accounting package which is available 24/7 from any PC, laptop or smart phone with an internet connection.

This gives you completely live access to your business data whenever and wherever you need it.

Step 3 – Reports issued

We return to you a number of reports suited to your needs including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, a list of outstanding sales invoices & when they are due and a list of purchase invoices & their due dates.

You can also add-on advanced reports such as budgeting & cashflow forecasting quickly and easily and at whatever frequency.

Included in the transactions are sales invoices, purchases invoices, bank transactions and some journal items.

The quickest way to estimate the number of transactions you would need, is to add up your sales and purchase invoices and bank transactions.  You may also need some journals for payroll and accruals depending on the nature of your business but this would only be a few a month.

If you are currently using Xero, the detailed account transaction report will give you your information or if you are on Sage, an audit trail report will also provide this.

One exception is our free StartUp & Bronze services.  These include max 5 sales invoices, 5 purchase invoices and 10 bank lines.

No, of course not. At the end of every month or quarter (depending on the frequency of the bookkeeping) we review your subscription, invoice any transactions outside of the bundle and where appropriate increase or decrease your subscription level.

Yes, of course.  We can tailor more advanced reporting to your exact needs including fully analysed Management Accounts, cashflow forecasts and budgeting.

These are add-on services and your Account Manager will gladly speak with you about this.

Yes.  If you aren’t quite ready for being totally free, for an extra £10 a month, we issue you with one of our unique prepaid envelopes.

Just pop all your paperwork in and post it to us at the end of the month.
